Business, Using hp while driving is very dangerous, most traffic accidents occur because drivers are using the phone or sms while driving so that the concentration divided. That is why Ford has come out in favor of a federal ban on texting while driving.
Ford believes if the driver can use the phone by hands-free, voice-activated technology substantially reduces that risk by allowing drivers to concentrate because the drivers can keep their hands on the wheel and their eyes on the road.
In March of 2009, Ford Europe is to launch one of new ford accessories, a solution that combines an in-dash navigation solution with a mobile phone and the factory fitted system is to be known as “Ford Mobile Navigation.”
“Ford Mobile Navigation” consists of GPS and Bluetooth in a dashboard which connects to the driver’s mobile handset on which navigational software is running along with map data on a 2GB memory card.
The destination in then set into the mobile phone and voice guidance is produced via the vehicles audio while turn by turn icons are shown on the dash screen along with street names, distance and ETA.
So with this Ford Mobile Navigation we hope to reduce the accident rate due to the use of phone while driving but the driver could still using hp without breaking the concentration
