Although the entire Mozilla project are successor of the Netscape Navigator, but lately it often identified with the projects open source. Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird are two of the many open source projects that created by the Mozilla Foundation, a nonprofit organization that was founded on July 15, 2003.
The greatest resource possessed by the open projects source is community. Many ways to increase the sense of belonging and community among projects promoting open source. One of them is by selling merchandise. For this matter too, Mozilla has opened their online store with the name Mozilla Community Store.
So, what’s so unique from this online store? As you know that the answer is community. Mozilla accidentally called his online store with a community store, which could mean the store to the community, or a shop that built and managed by the community. And apparently, a new online store was opened by Mozilla refers to the second definition.
This new store sells t-shirts. Uniquely, the logo and color design t-shirts are here fully assigned to the prospective buyer. You can choose the logo design that has been provided here, or make your own! When you create your own logo design, make sure the file was a JPG or PNG format with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. You are also entitled to include the name as a credit on your design.
But remember, your logo design should represent (either directly or not) one of the Mozilla Foundation products, namely Firefox, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, Camino, Bugzilla, Sunbird or Lightning. If your logo design has been uploaded, proceed with selecting the color and size t-shirt. In this case, Mozilla is working with Zazzle.
